• Access: The client is responsible for providing timely access to the yacht for scheduled services. If our team cannot access the yacht due to restrictions beyond our control, we reserve the right to charge for the missed appointment.
• Disclosure: Clients must disclose any known issues with the yacht that could impact the safety or performance of the services. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in delays, additional costs, or denial of liability.
• Maintenance Compliance: The client is responsible for following any maintenance recommendations provided by XR Marine. Failure to comply with these recommendations may result in additional service requirements or voiding of warranties.

Third-Party Services and Subcontracting
We may engage third-party contractors or subcontractors to assist in providing certain services. These third parties will be bound by our service standards and agreements.
